FlexFit Sisters
Co-host of The Moving Office: a fourteen-day work-life immersion in Baler for six women who work remotely and want to move well while they do it.

The idea
FlexFit Sisters exists to help women across Southeast Asia build strength, in their work and in their bodies, without treating the two as rivals. The Moving Office is its founding programme: fourteen days in Baler for a cohort of six, combining real remote work with structured movement (running, strength training, surfing), leadership workshops, and proper recovery. Not a holiday from your life; a better rhythm for it.
This one is different from my client work: I’m a co-host, not a contractor. The role is Systems & Story: I shape how The Moving Office looks and feels: the visuals, the content, and the systems that turn fourteen days in Baler into a rhythm you keep.
What I’ve made
The story. Brand voice, page copy, and the photography that carries it: the mix of focused-work and surf imagery that says what the programme is without a paragraph of explanation.
The website. The Moving Office launch page, designed from a full mockup down to its palette (sand, deep navy, and coral, warm enough for the place, serious enough for the work) and built to take enquiries for the founding cohort.
The systems. The unglamorous part that makes the rest repeatable: the enquiry flow, the content pipeline, and the operational checklists, so the second edition costs a fraction of the effort the first one did.
Photography
The programme sells a feeling: deep work in the morning, the reef in the afternoon, and the photography had to hold both in the same frame.

Where it stands
The founding edition is limited to six women. [Update this section after launch: cohort filled, dates run, what the first fourteen days taught us.]
